Refund and Returns Policy

At Je’m Bikers, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure every product meets our quality standards. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item received is damaged, incorrect, or defective, and remains in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Used or installed parts.

  • Electrical or electronic components.

  • Clearance or promotional items.

  • Helmets, gloves, or apparel that have been worn.

  • Change of mind orders.

  • International customers.

  • Pre-order items (once the order has been confirmed).

Please check the product details carefully before making your purchase.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at 📧 jembikers@gmail.com with your order details, photos/video (if applicable), and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide confirmation on whether the return is eligible.

  3. Once approved, please ship the item back to the following address using a trackable courier service:

    Selangor, Malaysia

  4. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

  • Include clear photos or videos as proof to help us resolve the issue quickly.


6. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at jembikers@gmail.com.


7. Cancellation

  • If you made a wrong order or changed your mind, please contact our admin within 24 hours or before the item is dispatched to request an order cancellation.

  • Once the item has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer valid.

  • Pre-order items cannot be canceled after the order is confirmed, as they are already being processed by our supplier.

Please note:
The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of unexpected supplier price changes (especially for pre-order items), or if the product is discontinued or no longer in production.
