At Je’m Bikers, we aim to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Please read the following policy to understand how we handle shipping, delivery times, and related matters.
1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Pre-order items will be processed and shipped out within 3 weeks or more, depending on supplier stock availability or if the item is custom-made.

You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship orders within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
For international shipping requests, please contact us at jembikers@gmail.com before placing your order.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times for ready-stock items:

Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 working days

Sabah & Sarawak: 5–10 working days
Pre-order items may take 3 weeks or longer to be delivered, depending on supplier stock or custom manufacturing time.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier performance, weather conditions, or festive seasons.
4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and total order weight.

Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or for orders above a certain value (as announced on our website).
- Please note: Je’m Bikers does not cover any import duties, customs fees, or additional taxes that may apply to international shipments.
All such charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery if required by local authorities.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.
6. Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frame:

Contact the courier using your tracking number for an update.

Je’m Bikers is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or factors beyond our control.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Damaged Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving it.
Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged packaging or items for investigation.
